The performance of this company has been quite poor, placing it among the worst in my experience. Despite promising us free SMS for the duration of our contract to Canada and the USA, they suddenly started charging us. They made grandiose claims in the beginning, thus getting the promised services has been a constant struggle. It becomes financially expensive due to the difficulties and the existence of hidden expenses. Getting in touch with their customer service is a complete farce. After a 30-minute wait on hold, the agent completely ignored me and never once checked in with me. They further shown their lack of dedication to customer satisfaction when they simply sent us to an answering machine when we attempted to discontinue our services.

Choose a different, tried-and-true company, such as RingCentral or Zoom. In any case, the price is the same. but with the assurance and support of a legitimate business.

In the middle of a customer's contract, Dialpad modified the charges. They are attempting to bill me for texting that I have already paid for even though I had a one-year contract that was paid in full.
The greatest, in my opinion, offers an app that I can use on my computer, phone, and mobile devices and is also highly dependable. In essence, I am always close to my place of business. This is by far the greatest app I've tried; others I've used are GrassHopper and Zoiper. You guys have a pleasant user interface that is simple to use and amiable to users. You guys are by far the greatest out of all the dial apps I've used in the past. I appreciate that you folks keep my report close at hand and send email reminders to my phone. Keep up the excellent work you do, and I'll keep telling people to utilize it for their personal or professional needs. I've already recommended you to all of my friends, and they all agree that it's fantastic.
I've phoned multiple times about the same problem and each time I've gotten a different response, which makes the product look very immature. I always complain about this, but there is never any follow-up or effort to fix the problems.
