I must wait until I receive an email notifying me that someone has called before calling them back. Occasionally, I can hear the call ringing in my headset, but I am unable to receive it. I also dislike that I cannot directly text individuals from HubSpot. I must access alloware to transmit texts. The interface is also extremely baffling and contains far too much irrelevant information. I require access to my conversations and communications with clients.
Our sales line has been separated from our customer service line. Together with the capacity to text using the same number we use to speak with clients, this has been a game-changer. Our team is constantly put into unavailable or available when they shouldn't be since Aloware frequently fails to route calls appropriately, statuses become stuck, and they change at random to whatever the default is.
I wouldn't change the system in any way, shape, or form because being able to text and call our clients very quickly and making multitasking very easy and accessible to us here at Carvio is invaluable.
I don't like how many Aloware-related technical issues I have to deal with. The numerous dropped and missed calls, which are caused by Aolware, are unpleasant.
Both Aloware and the team behind it are outstanding. Excellent value, excellent customer service, and a high degree of configurability for both coders and non-coders.
To be honest, the smartphone app is a little rudimentary. Additionally, it is rarely updated. The app's UI could definitely be better. mostly the tabs on top. I dislike having to scroll to view the tabs. Additionally, it appears that not all missed calls are displayed in both tabs, only the "Calls" tab and not the "Missed" tab. In actuality, the "calls" tab's "missed" subtab should be present. The "SMS" tab should replace the "new" tab.
