Horrible customer service; if you own a business, stay away from Call Rail, especially their lead center. I had a problem with a user who was always busy, making it impossible to answer calls. I was unable to respond to my clients! As a result, I lost a lot of clients. I opened 7 tickets, but nobody got in touch with me. Poor service with ticket number 426829!

It's infuriating to have client-impacting issues linger for more than a week without resolution, or to see a ticket sit for days without being addressed. Furthermore, while we appreciate innovation and the inclusion of new features, it is inconvenient to see premium services added to your account without notification. A far better way would be to present these new features to the consumer and let them determine whether they are worth the price.
It works well for recording conversations relating to the particular campaign so that we can assess its success and the caliber of the leads it sent our way.
It was a fantastic, flawless firm up until 2021 or 2022, when they raised their costs and cut back on their offerings, rendering them unreliable. The worst customer service, borderline fraudulent feature additions, double billing, and arbitrary account closures.
CallRail is simple to use, straightforward, and performs an excellent job of segmenting call volume in general.
Customer support has been terrible. Even worse, our ticket to resolve this has been active for 19 days and counting with no sign of a resolution or explanation for why our CallRail numbers were routing our calls to a phishing scam. I have to pester them for status updates, and the complete lack of urgency on a problem where our clients can essentially not get in touch with us is, to put it mildly, infuriating. Over a week has passed since their last response to the ticket.
