Over the past decade, I have relied on Carwars and its companion products extensively. If you include Call Measurement, you may extend that time frame to 15 years. The backend tool's UI is fantastic, and the product's high quality and intuitive design are huge pluses in my book. The best part about Carwars, though, is the support you get from actual humans who care about your success.
Sound recognition isn't always able to match the person's sound exactly, which can make it hard to figure out who was talking to the customer. This means that you have to go behind the system and fix its mistake in recognition, which means more work for you.It needs a function that removes the missed call from the count if a return call is made within a certain amount of time (say, 12 hours after the missed call). This would make sure that the number of calls that aren't returned is shown more accurately.
If you don't have a good sales person or account manager, you won't know how to use this tool to its fullest potential. Customers who are still in the market can be closed if they know what this tool can do and how to track it. Judson Jones is VERY USEFUL!!
Most of the time, The Human Review is wrong.
I've used this program as an agent and now as a manager, so I can see how it helps both ways. As an agent, I can make sure I can hear myself when I listen to a tape of one of my calls. Also, being able to review any call for that customer, whether it was made by me or by a seller, makes sure that I know everything that has been said about this customer. As a manager, being able to look at the data to see how my team is doing lets me know what we need to work on together. Also, being able to go over the call with the salesperson or agent gives you the best knowledge to help them improve their phone skills overall.
